The Coombs Hilliers Recreation & Community Organization is a non-profit Society with a mission to unite, enrich and support our community. We support our community clubs:  Coombs Country Horse 4H (Horses), Parksville/Qualicum Oddstock 4H (Beef, Poultry, Swine), Parksville/Qualicum Community 4H (Rabbits, Small Engines), The Silver Spurs, The Salvation Army Food Bank at Grace United Church in Coombs and other community charities. We also Support S.O.C.A.N. who supports the musicians and song writers. We also host the largest Bluegrass Festival on the island, supporting our Bluegrass Heritage. We provide our community with a safe, fun, family  venue for all of our events. We also provide a safe secure water supply to our community residents without potable water. Our facilities include full Rodeo Grounds, Music Festival Grounds with a 300 seat dance hall. Our hall has a full wet bar for 300 with a 150 seat beer garden and a fully licensed kitchen. We have 3 camping areas that can accommodate campers with tents to full sized motorhomes ( Sorry No Hook Ups), with shower and bathroom facilities.
